  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: sour cream for serving
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a large baking dish or line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Toss together halved or quartered potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
