  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls or patties, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until hot.
  4. Fry the shrimp-crab bombs in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain the cooked bombs on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, replace the breadcrumbs with crushed gluten-free crackers or almond flour. Fresh seafood enhances the flavor.
