A comforting and creamy Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole, perfect for busy weeknights and family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, milk, half of the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until melted and bubbling.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, feel free to mix in other vegetables or use a different type of cheese.
