  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, chopped broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Add shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Leftover casserole can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months.
