A comforting Chicken Casserole with creamy cottage cheese and cheesy goodness, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cream or milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, diced green chilies, shredded cheese, broccoli (if using), cream or milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

This casserole can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator overnight. It also freezes well for up to 3 months.
