  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your baking dish by greasing a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken and diced ham in a large bowl.
  4. Stir in the Swiss and cheddar cheeses, reserving a small amount for topping.
  5. Whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and ham mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.
  7. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
  8. Mix the breadcrumbs with the melted butter and sprinkle the reserved cheese on top, along with the breadcrumb mixture.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
