Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Bacon
  • Hard-boiled eggs
  • Blue cheese
  • Grilled chicken breast
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the Romaine Lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  2. Dice the Tomatoes and Avocado and toss them into the bowl with the lettuce.
  3. Cook the Bacon until crispy, chop it, and add it to the bowl.
  4. Peel and chop the Hard-Boiled Eggs and add them to the salad.
  5. Crumble Blue Cheese over the salad.
  6. Slice the Grilled Chicken Breast and add it to the salad.
  7. Whisk together Red Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Salt, and Pepper in a small bowl.
  8. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
