  • ¼ cup shredded coconut (about 20 g)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour (about 15 g)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (about 15 ml)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and a microwave-safe mug—this is where the magic will happen!
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, shredded coconut, egg, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and baking powder in your mug.
