A delightful Coconut Poke Cake that brings joy with its moist layers soaked in coconut milk and topped with whipped cream and toasted coconut.

  • 1 box of vanilla cake mix
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup of toasted coconut flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vanilla cake mix according to package instructions and bake it in a 9×13-inch pan.
  2. Let the cake cool for about 10 minutes.
  3. Poke holes all over the warm cake using a fork.
  4. Combine the sweetened condensed milk and coconut milk in a bowl.
  5. Pour this creamy mixture all over the cake.
  6. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  7. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the top of the cake.
  8. Sprinkle shredded coconut and toasted coconut flakes over the whipped cream.
  9. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours before serving.
