  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with a little oil or butter.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, honey, vanilla, and cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the mashed bananas until well combined.
