A delightful high-protein bread that is perfect for sandwiches or as a pizza base, combining creamy cottage cheese with aromatic garlic and Italian herbs.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese and eggs in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, and stir until fully combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
