  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional spices: paprika, chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  4. Flatten each spoonful to form thin rounds with the back of a spoon.
  5. Sprinkle optional seasonings over each chip.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Cool the chips on the baking sheet before transferring them to a serving bowl.
