Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for the baking ahead.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a thin layer.
  4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
  5. Allow the wraps to cool for a bit to handle them easily.
