  • 1 cup buttermilk

  • 1/4 cup flour (for gravy)
  • 2 cups chicken broth (for gravy)
  • Salt and pepper to taste (for gravy)

Instructions

  1. Create Your Flavorful Dredge: In a bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Prepare the Chicken for Dredging: Dip each piece of chicken into the buttermilk.
  3. Heat the Oil for Frying: In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
