A delectable cheese dip featuring ground beef, perfect for gatherings and game days.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the canned tomatoes and taco seasoning.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, then add the Velveeta cheese and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
  5. Gradually add milk to reach your desired consistency.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.

Notes

For a richer flavor, try mixing in pepper jack cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
