Ingredients

  • 1 lb crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Fold in the crabmeat and chopped green onions gently.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter in a separate bowl.
  6. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the crabmeat.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the topping is golden brown.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
