  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper until fully cooked.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the skillet until fragrant, about one minute.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and gradually add the Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
  5. Add the spinach to the creamy sauce, stirring until wilted.
  6. Toss the cooked fettuccine with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen.
