Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli florets for 2 minutes until tender-crisp, then drain and dry.
  2. Whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  3. Fold the prepared broccoli into the cheese and egg mixture.
