Ingredients

  • Baguette or Italian bread
  • Burrata cheese
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Fresh basil
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the baguette or Italian bread into 1/2 inch slices.
  2. Toast the slices until golden brown, either in a toaster or on a baking sheet in the oven.
  3. Chop the fresh tomatoes and basil into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Combine tomatoes, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
