A comforting pasta dish with rotini, rotisserie chicken, fresh broccoli, and a creamy sauce that brings the family together on busy weeknights.

  • 1 Rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz Rotini pasta
  • 2 cups Fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the fresh broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and cook until heated through.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Toss the cooked rotini pasta with the chicken and broccoli mixture until well combined.
