Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons Earl Grey tea leaves

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) to prepare for baking this luscious cheesecake.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press it firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the heavy cream, eggs, Earl Grey tea leaves, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until perfectly combined.
  5. Pour the velvety cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still has a slight jiggle.
  7. Cool at room temperature before transferring to the refrigerator. Chill for at least 4 hours.

Notes

Serve with a hot cup of Earl Grey or your favorite herbal tea. Garnish with lemon zest or berries for extra flair.
