A comforting and creamy pasta dish brimming with ground beef, perfect for any weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
  3. Brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper.
