  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmery.
  2. Cook the chicken breasts, seasoning with salt and pepper, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
