  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pasta (for serving, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Layer half of the chicken mixture in a baking dish, followed by half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining chicken mixture and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Serve over pasta or enjoy on its own.
