  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Drizzle the top with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the top is slightly golden.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
