  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Prepare the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then steam or roast until tender.
  5. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
