A mouthwatering twist on classic fries, topped with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon crumbles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds russet potatoes
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bacon crumbles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. While it heats up, peel and cut the russet potatoes into fries. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, draining excess fat.
  4. Layer the cooked ground beef evenly over the fries and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Return the fries to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven, top with bacon crumbles, and drizzle with ketchup and ranch dressing.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
