These bite-sized Crispy Jalapeno Popper Wonton Cups are golden, crispy, and filled with a creamy, cheesy mixture packed with jalapenos.

Ingredients

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 23 jalapenos, chopped (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
  3. Press wonton wrappers into each muffin cup to form little cups.
  4. Combine cream cheese, chopped jalapenos, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Spoon the jalapeno mixture into each wonton cup.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes
