Transform canned artichoke hearts into a deliciously crispy snack, perfect for any occasion!

  • 1 can (14 ounce) artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts in a colander. Pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Toss artichoke hearts in olive oil until evenly coated.
  5. Press the artichoke hearts into the breadcrumb mixture to coat all sides.
  6. Arrange the coated artichoke hearts on the prepared baking sheet, spaced out for even baking.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for an even crust.
