A comforting, creamy dish made with chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and bacon, cooked to perfection in a crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Add cream cheese on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken in the crockpot.
  6. Stir in bacon bits and cheddar cheese.
  7. Serve with chopped green onions on top.

Notes

Great served over garlic mashed potatoes or in a warm tortilla wrap. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
