A vibrant and simple Korean spinach salad with flavors enhanced by sesame oil and red pepper flakes. Perfect as a side dish or light lunch.

Ingredients

  • Fresh spinach
  • Sesame oil
  • Garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame seeds
  • Green onions
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the fresh spinach leaves.
  2. Combine the spinach with garlic and green onions in a mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle sesame oil and soy sauce over the mixture.
  4. Add sesame seeds and red pepper flakes.
  5. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.

Notes
