Warm, garlicky knots made with Pillsbury biscuit dough, perfect for snacking or as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, or thyme)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese or fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of Pillsbury biscuit dough and separate the eight biscuits. Roll each biscuit into a rope shape about 8-10 inches long.
  3. Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Place the formed dough knots on a baking sheet and drizzle your garlic butter mixture over them.
  5. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan or parsley if desired.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days.
