  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (boosts protein content)
  • 1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed or Chia Seeds (great for fiber and omega-3s)
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon (brings warmth and depth)
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries (optional for topping)
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Soak the Rolled Oats in a small bowl with water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Gather your ingredients: blueberries, Greek yogurt, milk, protein powder, flaxseed or chia seeds.
