A hearty chicken salad with crispy bacon and sharp cheddar, bound together with creamy sour cream and mayonnaise. Perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • Parsley or dill for garnishing (optional)
  • 4 slices of bacon, sliced (about 4 oz)
  • 1.5 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Garlic to taste
  • 1 can of canned chicken
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream
  • Mayonnaise (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the canned chicken by opening and draining it well.
  2. Transfer the chicken to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise and sour cream to the bowl.
  4. Season to taste with garlic and black pepper.
  5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well blended.
  6. Chop the bacon into pieces.
  7. Combine the chopped bacon and shredded cheese with the mixture.
  8. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  9. Serve the chicken salad with carnivore bread.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze without bacon for up to one month.
