  • 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds (Toast lightly)
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar (For dusting)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Zest and juice the oranges.
  4. Whisk together the olive oil, orange zest, orange juice, and granulated sugar.
  5. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
  6. Combine the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  7. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together.
  8. Incorporate the toasted sliced almonds.
  9. Prepare a 9-inch round cake pan.
  10. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  11. Cool the cake in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
