  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the ground pork or chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and ground ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Toss in the coleslaw mix and sliced green onions, stirring until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and rice vinegar, mixing well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
