  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini juice
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen meatballs in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Whisk together the ranch seasoning mix, au jus mix, beef broth, and pepperoncini juice until well combined.
  3. Pour the flavorful sauce over the meatballs, coating them evenly.
  4. Top with pats of unsalted butter and scattered pepperoncini peppers.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and let the meatballs simmer on low for 3 to 4 hours (or on high for 2 to 3 hours).

Notes

For a lighter option, reduce the unsalted butter or use olive oil. Experiment with spice levels by adding crushed red pepper flakes.
