  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or hot sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the flavorful marinade: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. Marinate the chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Let the flavors develop: Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat your cooking space: Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Prepare the chicken for cooking: Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
