  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  2. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Cook the zucchini slices for about 2-3 minutes until tender.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet, toss to combine, and heat through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
