Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or filet mignon)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches.
  2. Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Marinate the steak pieces in the garlic butter mixture for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
