Ingredients
Scale
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease and stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Allow to cool slightly, then fold in cheddar cheese.
Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Spoon the beef mixture into the center and fold edges to seal, forming a ball.
Place sealed biscuit balls seam-side down on a greased baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
Mix melted butter, Parmesan, and parsley; brush over hot bombs as they come out of the oven.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
