Cheesy, garlicky bites that are delicious and incredibly fun to make, perfect for gatherings or quick meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease and stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Allow to cool slightly, then fold in cheddar cheese.
  2. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Spoon the beef mixture into the center and fold edges to seal, forming a ball.
  3. Place sealed biscuit balls seam-side down on a greased baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Mix melted butter, Parmesan, and parsley; brush over hot bombs as they come out of the oven.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
