Delicious bites combining the juicy, cheesy goodness of a cheeseburger wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef until fully cooked in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, then fold in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate the dough into individual biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit out on a countertop or cutting board.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  7. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges firmly to seal.
  8. Arrange the sealed bombs seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
  9. Brush the tops with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, serve warm, and enjoy!

Notes

Ensure the beef is well-drained to avoid soggy bombs. Experiment with different cheeses for added flavor.
