  • 8 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Microgreens for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: goat cheese, cream cheese, lemon zest, chives, black pepper, prosciutto, honey, and microgreens.
  2. Mix the goat cheese, cream cheese, lemon zest, chopped chives, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Portion the cheese mixture, rolling it into eight equal balls.
  4. Wrap each cheese ball with a slice of prosciutto, tucking the ends underneath.
  5. Drizzle honey over each wrapped bonbon.
  6. Chill the tray in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  7. Garnish with microgreens just before serving.
