  • 500g boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • Feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the chicken thighs and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
  4. Warm the pita breads in a skillet or oven until soft and pliable.
  5. Assemble each pita with sliced chicken, tzatziki, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Wrap the pita to secure fillings and serve immediately.

Notes
