  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pita bread, for serving
  • Tzatziki sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground lamb, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs, and olive oil in a large bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined and form the mixture into kebab shapes on skewers.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
