Succulent and flavorful Greek Turkey Meatballs perfect for a healthy yet hearty meal, served with tzatziki sauce or over salad.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Sear the meatballs in olive oil over medium heat until browned on all sides.
  5. Transfer the browned meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Serve with tzatziki sauce or over a fresh salad.
