  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Marinate the Pork: Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
  3. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Prepare the Pork for Grilling: Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the Pork Tenderloin: Grill the pork tenderloin for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let it Rest: Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.

Notes

For added smokiness, consider adding wood chips to your grill.
