1 pork tenderloin (about 1 pound)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Whisk the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Marinate the Pork: Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Prepare the Pork for Grilling: Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Grill the Pork Tenderloin: Grill the pork tenderloin for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
