  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
