A comforting one-pan meal combining ground turkey and tender potatoes with garlic and paprika.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it’s shimmering.
  2. Add chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until softened and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Increase the heat to medium-high and add ground turkey. Cook until it’s browned and fully cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
  4. Stir in the diced potatoes along with paprika, salt, and black pepper, mixing well to coat evenly with all the seasonings.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cover the skillet and let it cook for about 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your hearty meal!

Notes

This dish pairs beautifully with a simple side salad or steamed vegetables. For added flavor, try a dollop of sour cream or a sprinkle of cheese on top.
