Delicious and cheesy breakfast sliders made with Hawaiian rolls, eggs, sausage, and cheese – perfect for brunch gatherings!

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Butter (for greasing the dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the crumbled sausage and shredded cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on top of the egg mixture.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These sliders can be assembled the night before and refrigerated. They can also be frozen before baking.
